Does he have any other debts?

Does he have a clean credit history?

Based on the figures provided should have plenty of options from the 100% schemes out there

You need to filter down what exactly it is he is looking for, in order to come up with the "best" deal for him

Such as does he want a fixed, tracker, discounted, capped, rate?
    Interest only or repayment mortgage
    What overall mortgage terms
How long does he want to be tied in to the initial interest rate period
    DO you want daily interest
Do you want to make overpayments?
DO you want an offset facility?

I'm afraid that without giving out some personal information (not on the open board, but potentially to a fee free whole of market adviser) you will not be in a position to filter down the options available

It's like going to the doctor and saying give me the best cure, but not giving them any of the symptoms to let them work out what cure to give you
