Correct now.
Basically if you go/went bankrupt from 19 March 2012 onwards, then the debt cannot be included in your bankruptcy.

Many thanks indeed...
Also you know when you go bk do i have to ring up my local council because i get housing ben and do i inform the dwp ?0 -
Hi,
You don't need to inform the council or the DWP of your BR.
Just for clarity - As Fermi says, social fund loans issued by the DWP are excluded debts in insolvency - but,
any loans obtained from local authorities since the crisis loans budget were devolved to local councils ARE included in BR.
