And another thing. I switched to H&S Intensive shampoo, only fair as I have "a few" and I swear it has given me dandruff! I was pretty much fine before using this stuff .

I may have to switch to JF or HE :)

I am the same, i did a trial for SSM on the head and shoulders thickening treatment and it has left me with lumps of scurf? on my scalp that will not move
    horrible stuff.
A hairdresser once told me that H&S has so many chemicals in it you could clean your oven in the stuff, not sure if she was serious though:rotfl:
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

I use H&S and it is the only one I can use!!! I started out with serious dandruff problem and this really does cure it, but I wouldn't mind betting it could cause real scalp problems if you don't already have them because it really is very strong.

Mind you, it is the ordinary H&S I use, if I used the thickening treatment I would not be able to get through doors :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well after my elation at a whole nights sleep we are firmly back to the drawing board with 2 shocking nights with the little man think it was 6 wake ups and by 3.30 I caved and brought him into our bed.

I always look at the apg system like a game of pontoon got to make a call as to when to twist or when to stick depending on how brave you are feeling! Random I know.
