thank you so much, exactly what I needed. It took a bit of twiddling around with but it looked really authentic when I'd done. Then I found some thin brown card to print it off on and a gold envelope to put it in and it looks really fab now :T.

Got trouted yesterday buying pizzas in Seacroft Tosco. Even tho the coupons were accepted last week by supervisor.

Found my dorky young man - gave him vouchers - he didn't even try to scan them ..... called supervisor - young thing called Emma - who I know straight away is going to give me problems (mouth like a cat's bottom). She says " internet coupons can't accept them", I explained these were special ones only print once when you put in special code - product brought there - "please scan them you will see they work". "No we have been told we can't accept them". Me I think you will find you are wrong I will be checking with Head Office. Her "Fine".

Go to customer services who are sympathetic ... but they scan and say clearly they will refund supermarket. Yes. They say Emma is not a supervisor. Who ho think they will put through... but no - call supervisor to check - get Emma instead of real supervisor..... They are as disappointed as I am at her appearance .. "I don't think we can accept them .." I politely point out that its not what she thinks but whether Tesco have said they will refuse these... whereupon we are told "Vanessa told her". So they call for V who doesn't arrive but Emma takes voucher to speak to her - I know from cat bottom's face she will not even really speak to V and would not lose face. So after delay she returns and says yes we know from H O and we can't accept them. CS woman sad now and says you will lose a lot of money won't you and tries again -" but these scan".

So I calmly ask could they ring Head office and check if indeed they have issued an instruction not to accept D Oetkers (knowing full well they haven't). They refuse to call - saying can't over rule the checkout staff or supervisors (what's the point of CS then). So I tell then I will be contacting Head Office they shrug shoulders.

So have contacted Head Office today and £15 gift card on its way to me for not being able to use 4 pizza vouchers. The voucher is not on their list as one to avoid and extremely sorry for the distress ..yada yada ...

So £3.75 refund per pizza and still have my original vouchers - thank you Mr T.:T I am assured they will speak to Emma and staff - hum we'll see - but either way can't lose now....:)
