    Good Morning Everyone,

I've not posted for a while, real life getting in the way of everything at the moment, no time to even lurk (hope I've not missed too many glitches).

Anyone remember the free sim cards from T-Mobile before Christmas.
I 'bought' 2 but I've had all sorts of problems with them.
Today I received an overdue balance letter for £500.
I was going to ring them to find out what's going on but they've disconnected my phones and dialing their 150 number doesn't work.

I went into an EE shop last time this happened about 2 months ago when I supposedly owed about £30 and after about an hour of messing about they said everything would be sorted.

I'm trying to sort out a mortgage at the moment so hope this won't affect my credit rating.

    Anyone got any advice?

    Thanks,
    Sad_Dad

My kids had a sim card each and I've had no issues whatsoever.
Did we get a confirmation email when we signed up?
Might he worth popping into the store and refusing to leave until you can see its sorted?

No idea how it would affect your credit rating :(
    Good luck!
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

    Thanks, dipdap.

I've got an email saying they made a mistake and they would honour it, I took this into the shop last time.

How I now owe £500 is beyond me.

    Have you used it much?
My kids have theirs for emergencies so use them a couple of times a month.
That might explain why they haven't bothered going after me :o

    Morning :)

Can anyone enlighten me please as to why the postie had just delivered a hardback copy of "Save with Jamie". Did I enter a comp?

Good start to the week. My run around that cost me £400 this time last year has just passed its MOT for the total cost of one number plate bulb :T:T
