:) Our local Hermes delivery people family live round the corner from me. Every morning a huge lorry arrives & all the parcels are then despatched in their family cars.
But - the parcels that are too far out or on rough farm tracks - they take to the Post Office & post them as cheaper than petrol/damage to car :)

Clearly not all of them have that common sense. I have had parcels play ping pong between the local delivery agent and their hub because they can't find us - this went on for weeks till I gave up. On another other occasion it was classed as delivered through a letterbox - we don't have a letter box! Of course they didn't believe as in their eyes it had been delivered, end of. In the end I sent them a picture of my front and back door to show no letterbox and that our house name was clearly visible. Only then did they dispatch a replacement item by RM.

Fingers crossed that the local delivery agent has changed.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

    Good morning all.

I tried the Surf in bobs this morning and it didn't work for me.

Not sure if it was expected to work today, but bought the 48 ending 596 and nothing back. This was a NI store, so I am not sure if it was working here to begin with.

yes it was working here elliemoo.

    Hi gang

I'm regretting going to Ts yesterday

I got up a couple of hours ago to echoes of "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy, wake up. I want to play with my new toys!"

Yes, 21.54, even got a BM to say my shopping had been 2.19 cheaper in bobs!

My pound sign isn't working on my keyboard.
