Try in the veg section, there was a stand of them in my T's near the fresh veg.

Well that explains a lot - something else I could not find in my local last weekend so I was looking in the wrong parish :)

Is anyone else exasperated by their OH as much as I am?
Its about a month off now until the holiday and OH has been thinking about his packing.
1stly he insisted that he had no new shirts. I know different and I pull out of his wardrobe a dozen brand new shirts, still in their cellophane, and dump them on the bed. I have won this argument fair and square. The new shirts he has now shoved back in the wardrobe.
2ndly he says he now has no new jeans. I am not so certain of this so while I had youngest son home ( he is over 6 tall) I get him to take all the folded jeans off the very top shelf which is normally out of my reach. We extract any that belong to OH into one pile and then all of my jeans, both top shelf and almost all of the others get refolded and put on the very top shelf so now OHs wardrobe is much tidier and the jeans rail is almost empty (sadly my body has gone the wrong shape but I am very much still attached to my beloved flowery jeans and I can’t part with them so they will reside on the very top shelf now)
So now we have on the floor a pile of OHs jeans for him to go through to either hang up on the newly empty rail, to go to be washed or to go onto the Oxfam pile. The pile on the floor goes onto the bed and he then slings it in an untidy heap onto the dresser on the end of the bed. How does OH deal with going through his jean pile other then moving it around the bedroom? He picks up one pair and tried it on and it fits so he wears it. The rest are still on the floor or wherever and he has no intention of moving them. He will now wear this pair of jeans for maybe a week and it will then go into the wash pile. Next week he intends doing the same with another pair from the pile. This will go on now for months on end.
In the meantime I will do a jeans wash and any newly clean jeans will go back on the floor or back in a heap on the dresser on the end of the bed. None will ever end up on the newly empty rail in the wardrobe.
I should just ignore the entire thing, the problem actually belongs to him, not me.
I could shove them all in a black bag back in the wardrobe so I don’t have to look at his jeans pile. But then 2 days before we go away he will be wandering around the house lamenting the lack of jeans again having forgotten that we tried to help him sort himself out.
Or he will insist at the 11th hour on going out to buy new jeans, the most incredibly dull shopping trip ever. He wont go on his own to do jeans shopping as that would involve making a decision although that is the least effort solution.
Mind you I might have an appointment in Chester next week so I might force him to come with me and he can go to Primark on his own while I am at the meeting and he try jeans on until he finds something that fits but he will probably pester me with texts and photos or various identical pairs of jeans.
I don’t think there is a good enough answer to this problem.

mhoc I don't believe there is a court in the land that would convict you of any kind of <ahem> misdemeanour ;):D

I have just started using Samba. If you need a link so you get it half price, give me a shout :D
Edit: You have to watch adverts (or at least let them run) and this gives you free MB of data. I was put onto it by another kind member of this group.

Glad you're up and running with it dave :)
