Yep that one is def for me!
I've done my shred dvd the last 2 mornings as soon as I got back from taking DD to nursery because if I sit down I'll not get back up again :rotfl:
I am pleased though, I've lost 2lb in my first week Along with the dvd I've cut out all the rubbish and just generally eating better so I'm pleased with that. Still feeling determined so that's good too!
