Grants Whisky 1 litre is currently £21 in Asda but only £15 in Morrisons.

Would this return £6 + £1.50 making the bottle £13.50 (plus fillers).

'Should' work, northerngeezer - (nothing is certain with the APG system) - I can see it on MSM, and as you say, should give an APG of £7.50.

Well I've had a delightful day today. We have two sheds one is 12 x 12 bought as new for £200 when Dawn was a baby and another 12 x 10 bought second hand around the same time for £100. Oh the joys we had collecting these sheds from miles away layed flat on top of a trailer.

We put them up ourselves mind you we were about 26 years younger. Big heavy pieces of shed they were too. Anyway the £100 shed s just about had it now so we are going to empty it , bin loads of stuff and transfer anything half decent to the other shed and hopefully make do with the one.

Before I could sort out the shed we want to get rid of I had to sort out the first shed which I discovered had a few holes in it where rats had gnawed their way through . The delights of touching things with rats p on etc and cleaning up the droppings was wonderful - not.

I practically emptied that shed and mended it so no more rats could get in , sorted out the floor boards and carpeted it with old carpets and put some of the stuff back in. Went to the skip twice with the carfull. I hate going there all the men who work there just stand around watching while I'm humping the things to their designated skip. Hubby drives but he can t lift much so he watches too .

Anyway I feel quite good at what's been done but still a lot more to do somethime. Then I had a nice bath mmmm

Thanks fairclaire. So can I refuse the whole order tomorrow if they want more money? Thanks

Sorry, I went off to help with homework and got waylaid.

You could refuse the order but I don't see any point in even trying it to be honest. It's a waste of their time picking and packing it and a waste of your time/petrol etc if your going to refuse. There's virtually no chance that you'll be charged the online price. HTH

    Exciting times

Had a trouting in Sada today found a few bottles of fairy washing up liquid, quite clearly marked on shelf for 31p and the right flavour, took them to the till and they scanned through at £1.00 each, called SA over to query it, and she called supervisor, he then proceeded to tell me I couldnt have them as they were not 31p. I then took her to the aisle I got them from and clearly shown her the label, but she was having none of it saying they must be a different item.:mad::mad:

Yes. I keep hearing rumours it's going to close as it never busy. Ystrad is like descending into hell in comparison but they didn't have any :(

I got 1 echo falls this morning. I was trying to get about 6 as I'm going on a hen do this weekend. Going to give my 1 to the hen. When i was there this morning only 2 tills open and no queue.

I know I keep hearing that too it's far far to quiet it's a shame as there is always lots of opportunities for Dtd in there (they seem really slow at updating the sels ) but because there are no customers you can only do it a couple of times as they recognise you and aren't very friendly to put it mildly. I have never been to ystrad as it's a bit far for me but I will certainly keep you posted if I spot anything close to us.

Hope you enjoy your hen weekend :)
