. Hope they can sort him out.
I shall say a prayer for him tonight, realy hope he comes through.I tried that....and have just received an email saying they sent the tickets last may?!?! I never received them....:(
Just trying some online research
In my experience tickets are normally sent tracked, ask for the tracking information so you can find out where they went to.Thanks very much, I'm rather angry now. I bought an iron about 6 weeks ago I was overcharged £7.50, and was given JTD. The customer service person was adamant that DTD had finished years ago
Do you still have the receipt? It is still worth a try, send them the receipt details and say that you happened to read one of their notices in store that you know had been there for some time and it mentioned that they would give double the difference if you were overcharged but that the CSA had stated that it had finished, or something like that, you should get it back on a gift card, although not entirely sure after that length of time. Might be worth also sending the details of the refund receipt if you still have it to prove you had a partial refund. Don't let them tell you that you accepted that, you were told by the CSA that that was all you could have so you thought you had no choice. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Right I'm going to look for the receipt , I am not letting this go, the cs person is the worst trout ever ! And she really enjoys her job. She even told me that she had done her job for 15 years, she was so smug.
If you contact head office, might be worth mentioning the name of the CS person, if you made a note of it. Sounds like she needs some retraining, so she doesn't try and fob off other people.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Sorry for the epic rant
in form her you have been shopping at tescos for longer than 15 years and are well aware of there policy's so if she persists then you dont mind contacting headofficefor her to be re-trained they love this

I'm bored, I really can't abide all this waiting in. If I arrange for something to be delivered I normally have it sent to the office because there is someone there during working hours, but it is a bit difficult with the freezer. And I keep going to look every time I hear a different vehicle drive down! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Morning all.Mumto2monkeys wrote: »Good morning :hello:
My DD a few weeks ago held her middle finger up at me..
I asked why she did it and what it meant, her reply was "Dickie bird does it, it means you are out"
I must admit I was relieved but couldn't stop laughing,
She just got the fingers mixed up:eek::rotfl:Question of the day.....
I ordered 6 tickets from an arena (direct) for an event, paying over £180 in April 2013. I didn't receive the tickets and at the moment I have health issues causing work issues and money issues (rather stressed:eek:!!) the event date came round and I didn't realise I hadn't received my tickets until the day AFTER the event. I know I have to accept some fault as I didn't realise in time and chase them for the tickets.....but surely they have an obligation to sent them?!?
I have emailed the arena but despite chasing by email and phone nobody is getting back to me.
What should I do?
For all those talking candy crush, my eyes are glazing over (but that's cos I'm terribly hungover, shhhhh) as i dont have a clue what you are talking about.Tiger

I honestly haven't got the slightest interest in "our Darren' and what he had for his tea last night, or how you think his new girlfriend is "no better than she ought to be". And go and stand next to the person you're talking to! Or get a Mute button fitted.
I normally like noise and conversation when I'm working. But not today.
I've just had to go outside for a walk, to cool down before I felt the irresistable urge to use harsh language.
I thought today was Wednesday, not Wind Up Jelly Day :mad::mad:
what did "our darren" have for tea then? cant leave me hanging:rotfl::rotfl:
next time they do that tell him /her that you take coffie with milk n sugar and pop it on the desk when done as your so busy;) and they have 5 min to help a work mate whos parched;)0 -
