You need the air to be able to circulate around to get an even cook, found that out by another disaster. Did roast potatoes in mine the other day as was using the over for nothing else and they came out lovely

Thank You, that could be the problem, put a whole pizza in and it was touching the sides . Will have another go with something else
At least it was a free pizza
I got them because we are all on are own and I am reluctant to put big oven on just for me, mostly use microwave with Halogen Grill, which is good, but not for roasting/baking.
