  • Hi,
Just wanted to pop in and say that tesco seem to have reduced a lot of home items today, seen the following at our local this morning:

Tesco Poppy White 12 piece dinner set £6
Tesco circus 12 piece dinner set £6
Tesco 2 tone 12 piece dinner set £4.50
3 cath kidson type tins £2
    Tesco value knives 15p-45p

I didnt really have a chance to look as things were flying of the shelves

p.s. can anyone confirm which pot of deams are 1p?

if anyone has this egg or sees it, can you tell me the bc please. im interested to know what it scans at, on the msl app.

the reason I ask is that the teaser one comes up as this one on the apg. also the weights are wrong on mse. so im hoping when scanned it comes up n/a against asda.
me and miffie could not find this egg in our asda's, Tesco, Sainsbury, coop, mccoys. tia

I've been looking for this too zippy!

Website, how many tricep dip reps/sets should I be doing ? Thanks x

Really, it all depends on you, as a starting point - anywhere between 8 -12 reps for 3 sets (rest for 30 seconds between sets) You want to feel the muscle 'burn' as you are nearing the end of the reps. If that is too easy then move you feet further away/ up to intensify the exercise.

I do this with two feet up on a chair so it is nearly all my bodyweight I'm lifting.

Experiment, have fun with it :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

No its 1p per £25 you spend in the month. (The £25 can be spread over lots of shops)

I'm guessing they must have already spent close to £25 and now just spent over £50 which took them over. £75 ;)

You can apparently only carry your points into the next month in multiples of. 2p.

Its unnecessarily complicated and even the "expert " instore couldn't answer my questions without referring to the t&cs (i already knew the answers, i was just curious how informed they were :rotfl:)
