I used an old T GC today and swapped it for shopping and Visa and thats when I got the idea.
If I go to T tomorrow I will test for sure.
I think personally it will be a goer. The only draw back maybe in the testing phase of not being able to spend the T GC instore immediately as sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. However the question will be answered upon purchase of a T GC as the receipt should show any points accured towards fuel save.

Since you'll be testing on St Paddys Day I'll have one of these ready to eat....

Oh how I wished you all lived near me. I'd invite you all round to form an orderly queue and give all some free fish :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The good news is (apparently) plaice season is just about upon us
    .......yay :(

Oh I do love placid, especially the underside piece (the white skin)

How are things going with dh just now, any lighter or the same? Good to read his friend has been there. Eases the burden and stress somewhat.

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Ahh, my mistake, I thought it was mentioned on here that gift cards etc were not counted.

Well, it was mentioned that Tesco gift cards didn't count. ;)

presumably that's an autocorrect for "plaice" and not "flacid"?

If a washing machine is rumbling, and very noisy on spin, the main suspect is the drum bearings. Drum bearing failure is common on many washing machines due to water getting into them if the drum bearing seal fails. (Hotpoint and Zanussi in particular in my experience) To check for drum bearing failure you can take the belt off and spin the drum by hand. If the drum rumbles when spun then the bearings may have gone. There should be a constant rumble all the time the drum is revolving.

Another drum bearing failure symptom is excessive up and down play in the drum which can be checked for by lifting the drum up and down from the drum lip behind the door seal. A further symptom of drum bearing failure can be a brown rust patch underneath the washing machine and down the back of the outer drum, underneath the drum pulley (where the belt goes) although this patch is not always present. There are usually two small holes at the back of the drum bearings where water that has got past the drum bearing seal trickles out, and it's usually stained with grease and rust if water has got into the bearings.

    Does this help?:):)

I will get oh to help me have a look tommorow. He owes me a favour as I looked after his parents for him on Saturday. Also meant to say we have been invited to his ex wifes 60th bday party next month. He divorced her about 35 years ago and her bday is one day and mine is the next. I am having a vintage t party for mine but the weekend after so ds can come.
