Making good use of whoopsies

Part 2

Plum sponge

2 packets of whoopsied plums. Place in container in oven until soft. Don't add liquids. I sweetened with honey

Sponge mix
Cream together 4 oz stork and 4 ozs sugar. Add 2 eggs. Add 4oz self raising flour. Place on top of softened plums. Back in hottish oven until sponge is cooked through.
