    The anxiety is killing me who is going to start the next thread. At some point I would love to my computer experience is very limited and I would need step by step guides.

    I did post a step by step guide and suggested it should be added to the first post :cool:

    I am doing the swimathon this year so I am training to swim a mile in one go.

    I am doing really well building myself up, The swim is on the 21st of March.
