I would ask them if you could use A's vouchers before trying this, the bureaus are often run by someone else, and there might be some weird money laundering rules.

Where I work (in a bookies:eek:) we have to watch out for money laundering etc... suppose if it were in my shop, i'd probably be suspicious too:eek::eek:
