    A. v T.
    1 x ASDA Butcher's Selection Extra Special Pork Chops ...£3.50 £1.73

They seem to be comparing the T. ordinary pork chops to the A. premium ones.

    These are the chops.

I have had them before and they are excellent.:):)

Great filler if you are doing an egg/biscuit shop.:D
Ooh fab squigs. Thanks for that. My dad loves chops so I'll get some in for his next visit. It's gone on my AvT basics list for comparisons.

Just to say I bought the massive lemon drizzle cake, extra special range, from A last night, compares £4 to £2.40 in T (thanks OP). It looks lovely and serves 10. I'm very impressed

Congrats to your DS passing his black belt. Bet no one messes with you lot!! Do you physically write a to do list and tick them off or just have one mentally? I'm a huge fan of lists - and have been known to add things on my list after I've done them, just so I can tick it off :p

I write a physical list, I have a big A4 pad and every Monday I sit down and write a list of what needs doing that week, it always grows and grows as the week goes on though . I also keep a mental list going too, usually of things that are slightly further ahead. We have 4 different businesses between us  3 are under one bigger Limited Company and 1 completely separate so always heaps going on :D

My OH is a huge list maker, he has 4 or 5 on the go at a time for different parts of his business.

    good morning Elite...

Lots of fog this morning and an interesting school run... overnight road closure for resurfacing had over run and I politely asked when it would be open...to get a barrage of abuse and the obligatory F word confirming they "cant just open the ..... road for me"...

cue a 45 min diversion so a journey that would normally take 20 mins has taken over an hour and a half.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

was this a loaf cake or a round cake?

just looked on Sada.com and can only see the loaf cake priced at 2.35.

Did you actually pay £4 for it?

It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
Carex is showing on MSL as 2-4-£2.50 - does that mean this one is over, or does APG not pick that up ??

In any case - did a test shop for it this morning - results due in just after 12.00.
