Do you have a copy of the company disciplinary procedure? It probably doesn't provide for formal verbal warnings, only informal guidance/advice etc. Your union rep will be able to help you get hold of a copy. Please don't do anything until you a have spoken with your rep, you could end up making things worse for yourself unintentionally.0 -
