Fiverr cancelled my completed sales and disabled my account

I started offering "website making advice" on Fiverr 2 days ago and it started off really well. The advice is like a written guide I did myself and saved it on PDF format, I send the PDF to the buyers.
Got about 10 sales within a day. I swiftly deliver by attaching the PDF file when confirming delivered and it says it will be marked as complete after 3 days. After a few hours between sales, I started getting postive feedback from the customers that they were really happy with the service, which I thought great I am doing well. I noticed after they left postive feedback, the order was marked complete and the money was released, well not exactly as when I checked it said something like pending.
So early today I wake up and see about 10 emails with the heading and message:
Fiverr: Your order ##### was cancelled.
Hi ####,
Your order with handypub (#####) was cancelled by Fiverr's Customer Service team.
Thanks,
The Fiverr Team
I was like are you f-ing serious! They cancelled all my sales and refunded all my customers! I try to login to my fiverr account and get this "This account is no longer active." This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!
It makes no sense, you offer information for $5, buyer pays, you give information, buyer happy and leaves positive, money rightfully mine as I gave the information I was selling. What gives them the damn right to just cancel all the legit sales after the service was provided, refund all my customers and kick me off! Filthy thieving scumbags is what I think of them! Very unprofessional company for their lack of correspondence!
Is there any legal websites I can report this matter to? I know it is only like $40 but money is money and it is not right that the customer get the paid information I advertised for free.
Any helpful advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Not very helpful is it?
Why did they cancel the orders, did they not give any more info?
Did you breach their T&Cs?
Was any of the info plagiarised etc?
I've been using Five Squids and never come across this kind of problem.
Presumably if they cancelled the orders and refunded the clients then the site hasn't made any money?Make £2018 in 2018 Challenge - Total to date £2,1080 -
Fiverr's customer support AND their editorial staff are the most unprofessional I have dealt with. They banned my account and all Customer Support can do is give me a canned response.
What's worse is that Fiverr's editorial staff as they call "The Editors" have completely ruined the website and caused it to go downhill. Now, the editors control the website including 1) which sellers become top rated sellers and 2) who's gigs show up in Fiverr's search results. Now, the editors will exclude a gig if it does not fall in within their theme. That is unprofessional, because it causes a seller to lose income.
Also, because of the editor's ridiculous policy on which sellers become top rated, they have completed askewed Fiverr's ability to be a level playfield and now, just promote the sellers who they feel are unique, although most top rated sellers have gigs that are too common to be unique, so that requirement is another requirement to become a top rated seller is not only unfair, but it just does not make sense.
For a marketplace like seller to succeed, they need to be a level playfield and give all sellers a chance to become top rated, but with the editors playing games and deciding who becomes top rated, Fiverr is a minefield of lost income.0
