The card the OP has posted makes no mention of a signature being required
it will likely be an A4 letter
True, could either be a signed for or an ordinary 2nd class large letter sent at a letter rate as the difference is 19p either way and not signed for is most likely but as the card is already incorrect with the £8 box being ticked it clearly cannot be relied on to have the correct information on it.0 -
