TERMS & CONDITIONS
No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw but it is subject to strict entry requirements and you should therefore carefully read the Terms below. By submitting your details and entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Dunlop BTCC Prize Draw is organised by Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited (Company No 223064) whose registered office is at Tyrefort, 88-98 Wingfoot Way, Birmingham, B24 9HY (the “Promoter”)
2. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, but is not open to employees of the Promoter and their families or anyone else professionally associated with this Prize Draw.
3. Participants can enter this Prize Draw during the period from 13.00pm, 10th March 2014 up to 13:00pm, 24th March 2014 by providing submitting their details as set out on Dunlop Tyres - UK Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/dunlop.uk. The time of the entry will be the time of receipt of the entry as recorded by the Promoter. Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.
4. Participants must ‘like’ the Dunlop Tyres – UK Facebook page and submit their details on Dunlop Tyres - UK Facebook through the BTCC Giveaway tab located at http://www.facebook.com/DunlopTyresUK/app_539266226191429. Entry is restricted to one entry per prize draw for the period of each draw. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. All Participants have an equal chance of winning this Prize Draw provided that their details are submitted correctly.
6. The prize is one of 30 pairs of BTCC general admission weekend passes with paddock access with a value per pair not in excess of £40.
7. 30 winning entries will be drawn at random from all correct entries received during the Prize Draw Period, under the supervision of an independent observer. The draw will take place within no more than 72 hours from the end of the Prize Draw Period.
8. The winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in the entry form/application and through the BTCC prize draw tab on Dunlop Tyres - UK Facebook page, within 24 hours of the draw taking place. The Prize will be despatched by recorded delivery to arrive no later than 24-hours before the day of the event.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant drawn as a winner and to select an alternative winner at random, in circumstances where the Participant breaches these Terms, cannot be contacted or has not acknowledged the Promoter’s notification that the Participant is a draw winner within 24 hours from such notification.
10. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Draw and/or the prize where circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control arise (including any acts or omissions from any third parties) which would prevent the Promoter from being able to deliver the Prize.
12. Promoter may, to the extent this is reasonably necessary, vary or amend the promotion and/or the number and type of prizes available (for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value) and the Participant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
13. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this Prize Draw and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.
14. The winner agrees to have their name published on the Dunlop’s Facebook page to announce them as the winner.

16. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
