I have eventually worked out a way of keeplng track of money and totally controlling it by just having 2 accounts. First I work out how much bills and expences and paying everything back will cost for the month and just leave this much in my current account. Then I transfer anything left into another account. After that anything else I spend I just use cash. The biggest saving is taking sandwhiches to work instead of buying it.
