Your little young for me to feel OK with giving advice on weight loss if you don't mind me saying- and we're also not allowed to give advice on here, what I will say is that being the age you are, you will be able to gain advice and even support from the things you have around you at the moment and for free- it's something many adults have to pay for or don't have the time to do due to having to be at work so often/family responsibilities.
First I'd suggest going to your GP and asking for dietetic advice, see what your eating and what is causing the problem and also to create a healthier diet plan for you to follow.
If it's not possible to get a GP appointment and you have one, you could ask to see the school nurse (afaik all schools have a school nurse but I am open to being corrected on that as I was at school a long time ago!).
I'd strongly suggest to not get advice from the internet- not until you've tried all the non-virtual suggestions first. The net is great for support (as long as you know how to deal with trolls) but with actual advice- ie telling you what to do, you really are in a vulnerable position and unless you have a strong clue what your doing and can spot the bad advice from the good advice (not as easy as you think) things can go wrong and very wrong.
Please speak to those around you who know their stuff, the mse site here and others are here to talk about the experience but get your advice from people who know you and who are able to asses you properly and create a specialised plan for you.0 -
I've been there when younger (still only in my early 20's) wanting to lose weight quickly. I'd literally starve myself and get no where fast just lose weight and put it back on straight away. It wasn't until I just started to eat more healthy and exercise (the gym is normally free for under 16's well council run ones are in my city) and maybe join an after school club like a sport you like or drama/dancing etc. This is how I lost weight in my teens and kept it off and ate healthily. Though I stopped when I got in a relationship and ate bad again and regret because I have about 3 stone to lose now.
Have you tried my fitness pal app. You just log your daily food intake and it tells you how many calories to have a day to lose weight. The general rule is 1-2 pounds a week. You just have to remember weight doesn't go on overnight and it doesn't come off overnight either sadly. It takes hard work and a change of lifestyle.
Just exercise and eat healthy and you will lose weight. If you can't afford a gym then buy some fitness dvd's. I use to love doing !!!!!cat dolls workout and yoga. I've been doing the 30 day shred and lost 2 dress sizes in 2 months any of Jillian Michael's dvd's are brilliant but prepare for hard work if you want results.0 -
I would echo the sentiments in post 3.
Unfortunately, we do not allow medical advice, and especially given your age, the best solution would be to ask a professional.
