Vinci, Roxburghe and now Gladstones!

Hi all,
I'm brand new to the forum.
Have had a good read around the stickies, I wanted to open by saying what an awesome service you provide - helping people out like this.
I got a ticket parking in a hospital in Wales, months back from Vinci. They referred it to debt collectors Roxburghe, and this recent letter is from Gladstones solicitors. So far I've done nothing at all. I got bad advice from a few mates, who said 'Bin the letters, and forget them' which I've just learned, seems to be outdated advice...
Can you give me any better advice at this stage?
Thanks in advance,
Gaz

    Thanks for replying Pogofish!
I've read both of those threads three times over to make sure I've got it!
Am I just before a LBCCC now?
Are Vinci/Roxburghe/Gladstones known for going to court?

    I'm getting nervous now :(
    I appreciate any help!

No. Because they have no standing to take anyone to court, unless they are acting for the landowner. (Which is almost never the case where PPCs are concerned).

Is this Morriston Hospital by any chance? I have a complaint going through the nhs trust, and can provide you with contact details of the person dealing with this .

That sounds like excellent news! Thanks bod!
So 'almost never' means there is 'almost no chance' of this matter going to court?

Anyone can take you to court at any time for anything.
I can take you to court for not paying me £500 for writing this.

    So do not fear.
The problem starts when they try to prove you cost them the amount they claimed.
    Be happy...;)

    Thanks everyone!
Thanks again Stroma, just to clarify - should I write to the NHS (via your contact) asking them to call off the dogs then? Or just wait until a highly unlikely (but technically possible) Court Summons arrives, and then deal with them then?
