any receipes for Rhubard and apple juice?

My daughter had rhubarb and apple juice with her breakfast this morning (very long story) but on looking it up I think it is made by Caxtons.

I wondered if it was possible to make some rhubard and apple juice at home but I've not been able to google any suitable recipes - using UK measurements and not US. I wondered if anyone has a recipe they use frequently?

We have very early rhubarb in the garden which is growing away like mad and looks very pink and thin - I don't force it. I am thinking if I cut some then I can put a black bucket over the crown and force the next growth.

I have a liquidiser and sieve, a few carrots and apples I can add to the mix. I can make a tiny bit of freezer space to freeze some down but our fridge is at a constant 3 degrees so things keep very nicely in there. Its just me that will be drinking it.

I suppose in theory the pulp left after making juice you could put into ramekins and make mini crumbles with.
