    Just been watching Danny Alexander talking to Robert Peston.

    It emerged that we will be able to add to our NI years to boost our single tier state pension such that we can obtain the full 35/35 amount.

    Which must mean that any additional Serps will be protected on top of that.

    Did anyone else pick up on that?
