Recommend me a concealer

Can anyone recommend a concealer? I am generally very low key in make up and use a BB cream or tinted moisteriser, but I have broken capillaries around my nose, the BB cream/tinted moisteriser is not enough to cover them. I have been using a L'Oreal colour match concealer I picked up in a sale, but this is almost finished and I'm looking for something new. I am also not thrilled with how it sinks into and makes my pores more visable. Most concealers I have seen seem to be for under the eyes, and 'illuminating', but I have the suspicion if I used one of these around my nose it would only draw attention to this area! I work in a warm humid environment so it needs to be something that won't simple melt! Hopefully someone knows of something I can get inexpensively on the high street?! TIA

The best drug store concealers is in my opinion is the rimmel wake me up concealer or the collection 2000. I also like Benefit's erase paste for a stronger stregth concealer. To be honest, I'm becoming more knowledgeble about make up but if I had a question like yourself I was just go round a few counters in boots and ask for some advice :)

Dermablend covers everything and doesn't budge. I think its about £15 from Boots. Estee Lauder also do a good one, the doublewear concealer. I used to love the collection (previously collection 2000) concealer but it is quite drying on me, nothing worse than dry cakey concealer.

The top two are pricier than highstreet brands but a little goes a long way!

i've used so many concealers over the years, with little real success. discovered mineral make-up a few years ago now & haven't look back. even if i'm not using mineral foundation, i'll still use mineral concealer as it works well with any other type of foundation or BB cream. i started off with the expensive bare minerals from QVC, main reason for buying from there was the 30 day money back guarantee (which wasn't needed), but pretty much any brand has been ok from the one's i've tried - Lily Lolo, ELF, MUA.

there's actually a really good today's special on QVC today for bare minerals, so tempted but can't quite justify it as i recently bought the Laura Geller TSV (a baked mineral foundation which i'm really liking too). today's kit hasn't got a concealer, but i'll sometimes use the foundation as concealer & build up coverage as needed, it's pretty versatile.

make up junkie, me? never! :D
