Please can you advise me what to put on a loan application as I live with my partner and she has a mortgage in her name although I pay the bills including the mortgage but we decided to keep our finances separate as she is self employed so we do not have a financial association.

If you pay the mortgage. Then you have an association. As your partners income is obviously insufficient at the current time. You could of course hide the fact that you pay the mortgage. So you need to weigh up the risks of exposure. Is it worth the risk?0

which bit of the application are you concerned with?0 -
Class as Homeowner - most applications will just use it to establish how likely to remain at the property, its not as If the loan is being secured on the house.. most applications will then ask for basic income and expenditure of which you would then give the relevant information..0

It is amazing the difference if I put myself down as a homeowner I can get 4% I was renting before and it was x10 times this. This means that I can pay 350 per month less and clear eveything in the same time as as if I didn't consolidate the debts.0
