Morning, Thanks for the thread, it was perfect timing as I had just sat down to start planning mine
We are sticking to plan really well but we really need to as well. It is a tight month.
Garlic and herb roast chicken dinner with york shire puddings, stuffing, the works.
Chicken curry with turmeric rice.
Chilli and cheese wraps filled with peppers and mushrooms.
Hm pizza with hm garlic dough balls.
Hm burgers in hm cheese buns with hm onion rings and garlic mushrooms.
Sausage casserole with dumplings.
BBQ chicken drumsticks with coleslaw and potato gratin.
I need to make some more pizza bases today and I'll have to make the coleslaw during the week but other than that we have everything in and easily prepared.
I'll strip the chicken off the carcass and make some soup with it in the slow cooker for 2 lunches. I made 12 of the cheese buns last night so we'll have those for lunch 2 days with egg mayo or cheese savoury filling. I'll make a quiche on Thursday for lunch on the Friday and the other 2 lunches will be left overs in hm wraps or I might make some cheese and onion pasties, we'll see how I feel later in the week
Have a great week everyone x£36/£240

Morning all! DH is away from tonight till Friday evening, so I'll be cooking just for me for those days. I'm going to roast a chicken in lemon seasoning (DH dislikes lemon for some reason) and eat it throughout the week for lunches as well.
S - Pork chops, carrots, leeks, green beans, broccoli, stuffing, gravy
M - Lemon chicken with couscous and courgettes
T - Thai chicken curry with rice and veg
W - Thai chicken curry with rice and veg
T - Chicken chow mein
F - Spaghetti bolognese
S - Chicken dippers
I've stocked up on veg that DH isn't keen on - courgettes, a few types of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts - so I'll eat my way through those.
Breakfasts will be toast, lunches will be chicken sandwiches or chicken soup.0 -
