Sweating during exercise

Agree with all the others. I think it's an individual thing. I envy those who don't sweat much as I do - but then again my brother is the same when he exercises. I do exercise hard (I do a lot of 'caveman' training which is basically high intensity circuits with weights) but am also the same if it's zumba or step I am doing. I used to find it embarrassing but I realise now that I am fit and it's nothing to do with that.
I do think that some people (women moreso than men) are a little afraid to sweat so often hold back a bit.
I love it in the summer though, I sweat about the same as ever in a cave session, but a lot of people who usually look a million times better than me tend to suffer a little when the air temperature is higher.
