High street wedding dresses- value for money?

The monsoon ones look great, not so keen on the topshop ones though.

My friend's sister has just got married in a Monsoon wedding dress. It was beautiful.
The bridesmaid dresses were lovely too.

Hi Petite Anglaise were you looking at the Phase Eight dresses in terms of style or cost? I only ask as the Mariette dress in particular, whilst beautiful, is as much as dresses that I have seen in some traditional bridal shops. I'm not sure if this helps in terms of location but I'm going to have a nosy at a wedding dress factory outlet shop (sorry not sure how to post a link but google that and it should come up) I haven't been myself so can't vouch for them but there is one local to me so it's worth a drive.

Dresses are really reasonable and not the fortune you would spend. They have been in bridal magazines etc so should be really good quality!

Mine's a high street dress from BHS, I looked at Monsoon, coast and M & S too.

if you have a berketex bridal shop near you they have a sale on a couple of times a year and dresses can start from £200. and they have plenty of different sizes in
