Have you used Qudos Marketing ??
I made an online purchase last month which is still showing as processing, they have not responded to my emails & I have just phoned them to be told someone would phone me back with details of delivery of my order.
Have I been scammed as I have just looked on facebook & found lots of non delivery complaints
Your views please :mad::mad:
Thanks CJ

Somebody has just brought this post to my attention, as I work for Qudos.
According to our records the order was processed on 28/2 and delivered by March 4th, 2014. We do state ''allow up to 15 days for delivery'' in all our advertising.
We certainly don't 'scam' customers! It's a pity that despite despatching several thousand orders every month, the only post on here is a negative one!
For general reference, Qudos and indeed the majority of Mail Order Retailers are members of SHOPS, a very similar organisation to ABTA. This is a scheme that protects consumer's interests as your payment is fully protected and advertisers showing the SHOPS logo are vetted before you buy from them, for your peace of mind.0 -
I bought Durastone roasting trays from this outfit - qudos. After limited use surface flaked off contaminating food. Qudos do not respond to emails and do not return calls - they have promised to do so 4 times now. So do not buy Durastone and avoid qudosclarejonesy wrote: »Have you used Qudos Marketing ??
