Satisfied date on credit report?

Hi all

What date should it say on my credit report when a creditor has marked it as satisfied? Should it be the discharge date or the date of my bankruptcy order?

The creditor has put the discharge date and just wondering if that is correct as it will show on my file for 6 years when I thought it would be clear 6 yrs from the date of my bankruptcy?

The default date should be the date of your bankruptcy order or earlier.

The satisfaction date should be the date of your discharge.

Defaulted accounts drop off 6 years from the default date, no matter what the satisfaction date is, so that is the most crucial to check and have corrected if wrong.
