£80 flower arrangement for 60th anniversary ordered for delivery to Australia - didn't arrive. I-florist response. It was a forwarding error there's nothing we can do - the flowers will arrive after the date. I pointed out that the date was important as it was a 60th wedding anniversary. Again no movement - there's nothing we can do ( actually they mean nothing we will do, not can do). AVOID this company.

i-florist used to take 30% for their fee, so the £80 is now £56 for the flowers. The florist has to deduct delivery, true cost approx £8 with time, and running costs. Then the cost of the flowers, roughly £23, then the cost of the time to make the bouquet, approx £13 then also deduct the monthly fee portion from that order which i-florist charge out of the remaining £12. Then they have their profit. Which is why i-florist and all the other 'big boy' order gatherers struggle to get people to accept their orders and why your order hasn't been delivered.
Next time, use the internet, find a local florist to the recipient and get a bouquet which will have a higher content and which the florist will enjoy making - it will be totally different and 100% better.0
