Today went to a b&q warehouse 7 miles away where I had reserved an order online at 9pm yesterday, was told they hadn't picked it and pointed to the shelves to do it myself. Not great customer service but still good value.0

Wow, that is poor service! I checked stock online then drove straight to the store to pick it myself as I figured that was my best chance at actually getting what I wanted. If anyone is making a special trip I'd recommend going sooner rather than later.0 -
I'm still waiting for my call, despite my reservation ending tonight. 8 miles away, don't think I will bother....I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -

i got my call confirming they'd picked my order and it was ready for collection about 2 hours after i placed the order online, maybe it varies from store to store?0 -
I went into the Lowestoft store today and they had loads of stock. There was a big cleaning section and they had loads of these 5l cleaning fluids, also lots of washing up bowls, sponges and cloths etc. I wouldn't be surprised if all stores were set up similarly so would have plenty of stock.0

the cleaning stuff in my store all seemed to be arranged near the tills, i didn't see anything on the shelves, and no trade-size items.0 -
Thank you to MCGONIS
I went online yesterday and reserved three of the offers and was told I could collect them today ........... but "savemoney" is quite right their online order system has faults. It's a good job I took his advice and went in anyway "just in case" because they did not have my order (and have still not contacted me to say they have my order ready). I was able to buy the Flash floor cleaner at £3 (but the only ones I saw in store were the 2 that were stood near the tills and still marked up at £10 each)
I also found a few of the Mr Muscle kitchen cleaner there as well but they were marked up at £7. The lady on the tills was quite happy to scan them for me, prior to purchase, to check on the price first0 -

High Wycombe store had a cleaning promo set up at the front of the store, with the trade size cleaning fluids in one display and the caddys and washing up bowl sets were also front of store but further over, separately. They didn't have loads of the 5L cleaners left there yesterday. Some of the bottles were really really dusty and looked like they'd been hanging around a long time so I wonder if they'll restock or if they're reduced to clear.0 -

They had a similar set up in Bamber Bridge yesteday, lots of baskets with cloths, cleaning caddies, mops etc on the left as you walk in with the trade size cleaners behind.
I didnt get any of the 5l things but they did have some HG cleaning products on B1G1HP, had never heard of them before but some items get good reviews. I got the Grout Cleaner which didn't really do much for me and the Mould Spray which was really good and works a treat! Its the only thing that's worked on our inherited minging bathroom tiles, I'm a little bit ashamed of how impressed I am at it's performance!
It was £5.98 which isn't exactly a bargain looking at amazon but if you were getting a couple of items it might be worth it... they also had others from the range inc. a window cleaner.

Thanks OP picked up the Flash floor cleaner and the Mr Muscle kitchen cleaner today. Well worth the money at these prices.
