Status is "pre-auth" whatever that is.

Why? The website says that standard delivery is 3-5 working days, so it's a bit early to fret.0 -
I ordered some shampoos and biscuits on Saturday, delivery came yesterday. I also picked up some of the spiced ginger biscuits for £1 in store. I'm a very satisfied customer.0
