Yes it was part of a block transfer from an occupational scheme.
As far as what the investment options are concerned all i can tell you it is in a balanced lifestyle 1.34 plan, whatever that means.
I feel a real numpty for not being able to answer with any real confidence.

You will have multiple funds to pick from. This is just one of them. It also automatically reduces in risk as you get closer to your chosen scheme retirement age.
