I wonder if a fake tan would help? My step-daughter has some where she used to cut herself when she was younger - they show up worse if she doesn't have a tan. She wore a strapless dress when she was bridesmaid for me and her dad, and looked fab.
In the long term, I've heard that Aloe Vera is good, ditto Bio Oil, but I've no personal experience of them.
You could also have a thin shawl in some sort of chiffon fabric, to just distract the eye from them.No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0 -
I can recommend Derma Blend foundation by Vichy - they sell it in Boots and there are various shades so you can pick a suitable one. It's not the cheapest but is very good
EDIT - to say Congratulations btw!0 -

This is the product my daughter used, she said send for the sample pot to check colour and then she went to her doctors and he gave her a prescription for it, Boots ordered it in for her. It is expensive if you have to buy it, but it worked. My daughter has a lot of scars from her psoriasis.
Get back to me if you need to know anything and I can ask her for you.
Many congratulations on your weddingTreat other's how you like to be treated.

Hi, a friend was given Dermablend to cover a large birthmark - a port wine stain I think it's called.
This was done via a hospital clinic, I know you can buy it but whether you need someone to help you choose it and learn how to apply I just don't know.
The results were excellent though.0 -
I suffered from psoriasis, but I was cured now. It was bad, and makes me very unhappy. I live in China. Here we use Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat skin problems, I went to many hospitals like this and tried many different treatments, but the effect is not very good until I went to a hospital in the North of China. It works, and now I am a happy person again, I am glad to share this with you, you may not able to go there, but you can talk to their doctors for advice. you can find more information on the website of vitiligotcm.0

Vichy Dermablend is going to best the best bet. Using it at the moment on my makeup course on camouflage unit.
It's a 1/3 off at Escentual at the moment and about £1-2 for delievery comes within two days. I've just ordered the setting powder and concealer and they amazing better than any other setting powder and the concealer covers very well and stays put.
Depends how bad your scars are you could use face and body from Mac on your arms but its only light/medium coverage so might not cover enough. It doesn't transfer onto clothing.
Have you tried bio-oil could use that to help minimse the scars.0
