Despite several attempts at writing to three they are not giving any responce to requests to update credit file post discharge.
Has anyone else delt with three regarding credit files post BR?
I think the only option left is to complain to the ICO. Has anyone else had to do this? were they effective at getting the problem resolved?
Now 18 month after dischrage the account is till open and showing an outstanding balance. Does this make any difference to the account falling off the Credit file 6 years after the default? they have marked the account in default just not closed it or marked it as satisfied.

Hi, I had issues with some ex-creditors when trying to clear up my CRF post-bankruptcy.
In addition to writing to the company I also raised query with each of the Credit Reference Agencies which did the trick for one or two!0 -
