Loan Agreements
Hello everyone,
I have just recieved the Natwest letter listing my old unsecured loans that I recall having PPI on.
My question is I want to review the original loan agreements, does anyone know if there is a template letter for requesting settled loan agreements from lenders?
thanks

They probably will not have them (Especially loans over 10 years ago) so they will re constitute an agreement which will mean nothing to you and prove nothing.
The best way to get one over the bank is to compare your copy of the agreements with what they send you.0
