in I wanna buy it or do it
i need help i bought a chair online from next which i am awating to be delivered.

i payed the amount using my debit card £400 which was taken out of my account. one week later the money has been put back into my account.

i have checked online and my next account says its on order and they will get back to me when its ready for delivery.

so i payed the money and have refunded it whats going on?

    Maybe Next have had a delay in the item from the supplier and have refunded you do to the wait.

    Why not call Next and ask?

    Next time, pay for anything you buy with a credit card, it offers far more protection than a debit card.


    It sounds as if they are out of stock and don't know when any will be coming in to be honest.
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.
