The answer to any financial matter which happened or was created before your BK is "Nothing to do with me, speak to the OR..."

I've had some things kick up in the past, the OR gives anyone very short change.

Do remember you ceased to exist as a financial entity when you were BK and a BK is a solid wall in the road of life which basically only student loans survive past - so if they have anyone to hassle it is the OR, not you.

People, what on earth is 'incorrect' about the above post?

The comment about 'financial entities' is a bit generalised, but essentially the truth. [try getting a loan afterwards?]

I strongly recommend correctly reading posts first before dismissing them out of hand.
