Because I am going round in circles and now am about to throw tablet through a window.

I can't get on laptop to do it either.

Is a comp there to win a trip to Brazil.

However I can't open the terms at all, so I can't find when it finishes or if you get a free ticket to the game to make the penalty shoot out
Also don't know how far back to search and see if its posted.

If you have more luck than me and its not already posted please feel free, because I am off to put my head under a tap and see if that helps

1.Entrants must be resident in the UK aged 18 or over. To enter the Prize Draw promotion (“the Promotion”) entrants must fully complete their details on an online entry form, within https://www.vauxhallfootball.co.uk and other media channels. The Prize Draw is free, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household per draw.

2. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties, and any such entries will be invalid.

3. The Closing Date for the Prize Draw will be 23.59 hours on 15th April 2014.

4. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed, or lost in transmission. The Prize Draw will be promoted on various Vauxhall online sites, through their social media channels, and through a variety of other media channels.
5. There will be 1 (one) Winner. The Winner of the Prize Draw will get the chance to take part in a penalty shoot-out at half time at the England v Peru match on 30th May 2014 at Wembley Stadium. The Winner of the penalty shoot-out as judged by an independent judge (appointed by the Promoter) will win a pair of tickets to Brazil (the “Prize”).The Winner will be expected to perform activities on behalf of Vauxhall for the England fans. The Prize includes return flights from London Gatwick Airport.Transport and/or petrol to and from London Gatwick Airport (including car parking fees is applicable) will be covered by Vauxhall and discussed with the Winners at time of notification of his/her Prize, accommodation in Brazil, at Vauxhall Sponsorship Team Hotel, including food and beverages (in line with GM Expenses approvals), details of which will be discussed with the Winner at the time of notification. The Winner will be met at the airport by the Vauxhall representative and will also have the opportunity to get involved in other activities which will be discussed with the Winner on arrival. Any additional transport, food, beverages and gifts purchased over and above those included in the Prize, will be at the Winners’ own cost. The Winner (and his/her guest) must be in possession of a passport, which is valid at least 6 months before departure in order to fulfil the Prize, and not be subject to a ban preventing him/her to travel or to travel to the destination concerned or attend football or other sporting events.
6. The Winner of the Prize Draw to take part in the penalty shoot-out aspect, will be the first entry drawn by random selection by an adjudicator appointed by the Promoter, from all the entry submissions received by the Closing Date in respect to these Promotions, and any other promotion relating to the same Prize. The Prize Draw will take place on 17th April 2014. The adjudicator’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner of the Prize Draw to take part in the penalty shoot-out aspect, will be notified within 1 working day of the draw via email or telephone (as he/she elected on the entry form)

7. No cash or other alternative to the Prize is available; the Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and the Prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning entry submission within 48 hours of notification. Failure to claim the Prize within this period, shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to award the Prize to the runner-up in the penalty shoot-out (and in the event there is more than one runner-up the Winner will be decided by the judge based on which runner-up took the penalty shoot-out in the fastest time.
8. The name and county of the Winner can be obtained from The Marketing Department – LMS2014015, General Motors UK Limited t/a Vauxhall, Griffin House UK1 103 315, Osborne Road, Luton, LU1 3YT to those persons sending a SAE addressed between 17th to 23rd April 2014.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to photograph, and use the name of the Winner for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the Winner hereby consents to the same.

10. Events may occur that prevent the awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and the Winner agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should this prove necessary.

11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants/contestants confirm they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions form part, and consent to the Promoter contacting him/her for the purposes of Condition 6 (if applicable).
