Ever wondered what Amazon do with any damaged but unread books then look here

All we have to do now is get around the delivery charge, any ideas most welcome

you can't its a market place seller not amazon.0

Thanks FloFlo
You need to look at the list of used books and find the seller "warehouse_deals_uk" which is Amazons own trading name
I do not know how market place sellers thingy's work but it is a shame none the less if there is no way around the delivery charge
Having said that there are some hardback books on there for 1p which will work out cheap even with the delivery charge but make sure you really want them firstOnly time will tell if I am right or they are wrong0 -
About Warehouse Deals
Warehouse Deals is a trading name of Amazon EU Sàrl, and is part of the Amazon.com Group

Thanks, I didn't know that.0

Does that mean if you put the books in the basket with other items which bring the price up over the free delivery level, then it's free or is it classed as a separate organisation? There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0

I hope I'm wrong but it looks like you can't have more than one item per delivery, so you have to pay £2.75 delivery per book.0

Definitely no free postage on this, which I imagine is why they are a Marketplace Seller and not just on Amazon as normal.Gone ... or have I?0

Had a look at it and tried to buy some books but you can't add them to a basket. Looks like you have to purchase each book and pay its delivery charge individually!
Could end up costing a fortune.0 -

If you click on a book and then click on the number of used copies it will show you who is selling, find "warehouse_deals_uk" and then you can add it, and others to the same basketOnly time will tell if I am right or they are wrong0 -

Very longwinded way around it!
Just did a dummy run, definitely charged £2.75 per book. Makes some of them pretty poor value!Gone ... or have I?0
