One Poll- anyone else finding it really slow

The last week or so it has been unbelievably slow , taking absolutely ages for each page to turn .It's not my computer as this is the only site I seem to be having problems with , it's just taking ages to complete each survey :mad:

I'm glad you've posted this. The website has been incredibly slow for the past week or two, it hardly moves! Takes ages to do the shortest survey.

Have just messaged them on Facebook, not sure whether they will reply.

Earlier this morning the website was whizzing.

OnePoll have replied to my message on Facebook saying that their technicians are working on the problem, and should soon be rectified.

I would urge anyone thinking of using this site to do so with caution. They used to be a great site that paid out promptly - normally within 10 days of claiming, but, about a year ago all this changed. Their t & c's state that payment is within 28 days but you are lucky if you get paid at all. My husband has been waiting 35 days to date. He has sent them getting on for 50 emails and they haven't responded to any. This is not a one off, you have to plead to be paid every time you cash out, and should they respond to an email the excuses are amazing. On one occasion, they said they didn't gave enough money in their PayPal account and were waiting for funds to clear - we were still waiting to be paid 6 week later!

I've been with OnePoll for years, and although occasionally the payments are slow, they have never failed to arrive.

I claimed a payment on the 4th March and have no concerns that this will eventually be paid.
