Update: one week later the ERC charge is still on my account, they've now said it could take up to 7-10 business days to be removed but 'it will definitely be removed as it was a mistake'. Frustrating.0

My saga has not ended, everyone at Halifax I spoke to admitted the charge was a mistake and they said 'I instructed the product transfer team' to remove it. Nothing happened though, two weeks later the charge is still there (and I'm assuming they're also calculating daily interest on it).
Who should I complain to? I've called two or three times only to be told the same thing. The 1st of April is approaching (that's when the new deal is supposed to officially kick-in).
