Thanks all! Achieved most of my mini goals for yesterday; did ironing; got stuff listed on ebay; went to allotment. Picked my first three beans!! yipee!! All in all a good day but pain is lingering! Must get ready for work!! Also discivered that argos have a very good cheap bread machine so going to have that as my 4 stone reward; thanks to o/s oard for that one!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Morning fishface..have a good day!!...breadmaker sounds good0

Thanks taxi! Breadmaker is currently baking a chocolate loaf! Not for me but as a pressie for my work collegues! Bizarre having to buy food products as not had to for months! Smells YUMMY! I'll make a couple of loaves for friends to try it out & then that will be it for a couple of months! A real bargain though - from 69.99 to 34.99!! Top banana! Not a gread DFW day as I spent some of my unecessary money on a mag & book (common theme emerging about weakness areas!) but didnt go mad! Got some PJ's cheap at asda which is nice as my others fall off when I stand up! Another ebay item sold today & "the ring" finishes soon but STILL no bids so suspect I may have to relist it which is a bit gutting as I've had 7 watchers for days!! Anyway we will see...!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

oo sorry hypno forgot the choc loaf - will do it to your pm now! Just came to update and realised that I had forgotten! Sorry! Bread maker has been a success but I have realised that it needs to be put aside until I can eat again! Will probably make a couple of loaves but not like I have been! BUT I cant wait to be able to eat it myself!
Been quite a good DFW week but am seeting with flipping Lloyds bank who charged me £35 (see thread on main board!) and this negated the £21 I got from envirophone which is VERY annoying! Will try & get it back but if I cant will reclaim if they are allowed following the court case! Regardles I will take immense joy closing my account & slagging them off to anyone who will listen. They really are the worst bank I have ever come accross.
Diet going well & I saw a friend I havent seen for a while & she was amazed by the difference so far! Lost another 4 ibs this week & happy with that. SOme weeks you loose 6 ibs, some one but the important thing is it drops off! Also got off my (very saggy!) bum & went to the gym. Got myself a streach card which means I get unlimited swimming, gym & classes at any local authority gym in Cardiff - which is about 10 I think for £29 a month - much cheaper than paying signly & I hope will motivate me to go at least 3 times a week! I loathe excercise but with the winter nights rapidly approaching I need to start getting things done because with such fast weight loss muscles need to be built!
Am on call all weekend so more dosh (good for the Olympic challenge!) and going to enjoy a quit time with 2 DVD's which is a real treat that I've not had for months! Got music & lyrics & premonition. No more stuff to go on ebay & "the ring" finishes in two days but as yet no bidders....OK off to do the recipe hypno before my poor pathetic brain forgets again!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hi fishface well done on the weightloss and not eating the bread0
-
How hopeless am I - no updates for ages! Been a bad month DFW wise as had to come off the liquid diet & eat as my BP got so low. Wish I hadnt given away my spices etc as it's cost a bomb to restock the house with food! Lesson learned though! Been batch cooking and trying to stick to weight watchers but on a budget which has been nigh on impossible due to spices...and around we go! Anyway, the worst is over & having been on call all bank holiday earned extra. I know I'll get there in the end but spending has been higher than I wuld like recently so time to cut back again! Hope all OK in DFW land!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Your health comes first, and if that means spending a bit of cash, then so be it!
Once you have the cupboards stocked you won't have to spend the same amount for yonks, so it won't always be this bad.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
