You sound as though you have had a good week DFW wise. I wish I could get to grips with NSDs - they seem to evade me!!!

Re the food thing - I have had a lifelong issue with food and never really seemed to get it right. However, if there is anything else you can do to take your mind off the adverts and the lemon chicken, then it would help - so even though it may not be free, book a facial, have a mini massage, get some new nail varnish and paint your nails.

Oh and turn off the TV - or only watch BBC, then you can avoid the adverts! Put some music on instead and get lost in that!

Thanks hypno! Oe advantage with not eating is that NSD's are actually easier as no temptation to snack! Face pack is on as I speak and nails will be done in a bit! Am not very good at not having TV on! Just read your sig; you're doing SOOO well! Well done you!

Thanks CAFC...a fairly major blipbefore but at least stuff still paid off and back on the wagon of DFW!
I hear that the drinks on lipotrim are vile taxi!! I know it will be worth it but not eating at all is hard, esp when food plays such a huge part in daily life! Its everwhere!! Have you been eating then? I have to say the process of mine is great as you look at why you got fat, learn to cope without food & theres group support. A great process, albeit very expensive! Mind you you do have to get a balance of non food treats and balancing this with DFW ways is NOT easy!! You can only do your best though! You are just behind me in the debt stakes BTW!!

You will be pleased to know that I haven't updated my sig to take into account the £13000 of debt I had to take on yesterday for my new cab....hence the eating for last couple of days...so you are well and truly beating me now.....but at the end of the day it's tax deductible but still money I could've done without spending...lol...so I don't know whether to add it to total as it's a business debt really..good luck on becoming DF we can maybe achieve it about the same time

First time I read this I though Taxi was talking about the food being tax deductable.............durr!!

But.......perhaps something for the new chancellor to think about..........I would never have to pay tax again :rotfl:

lol hypno! I think that would be the taxi being tax deductable!! Thanks for that Sarah! It wasnt that long ago that I was last here - about last Nov but its amazing how much damage you can do in a short time (again!!). People are doing so well looking at sigs - keep it up!! Was going to go into town but have decided to be a good DFW and NOT go as the way I feel today I know I will be tempted to spend! Also have horrendous period pain so another quiet day is in order! I dont want to spend all day on here again though so am going to do some scrapping (scrapbooking!), get some ebay stuff listed and tackle the ironing!

Hope you have a reasonable day, and that you feel better very soon.
