Not yet, but I only received my confirmation of win email on Friday 21st after chasing, I know other winners got their email two weeks before, was going to wait till Friday them email back to kindly ask when they might be sent out). Hope they come soon was planning on treating myself for my birthday next week

I think they might be about to send them as they emailed me yesterday saying they hadn't received my address despite me emailing them as soon as I got the confirmation email.0

hi,just got reply from Surf in fb ,they said is Heat who deliver the prize ,they have no idea how long will take for the vouchers to arrive .A rule of the universe is, the more you give, the more you get0

Still waiting here too!. I received a confirmation email two weeks after my instant win, saying my prize would be sent soon. I had to email them back to remind them they didn't even have my details only my email address, so they wouldn't have been able to send me my prize at that point anyway. I am really grateful to my fellow compers and other heat/surf winners on here, who have kept me far more informed about any progress regarding these vouchers:T, than heat magazine who are not replying to my emails.0

I emailed the lady who originally emailed me, I asked for a Timescale etc.... she was really quick to reply, just a shame her response didn't fully answer my question...
