    Members of WELSH public libraries can now access a wide range of magazines online on a variety of devices. All you need is to have (or create) a Welsh Public library membership. All that is, except Gwynedd Sorry Gwynedd residents.
    Titles are available online, are downloadable and do not expire. Sounds too good to be true - I thought so too, but accessed the service easily with a little used library membership and promptly had access to a range of current quality titles.

    You have to be UK based & have a Welsh public Library membership. You can join your local library online if you are not already a member.
